Unity Five of a Kind

This patch is based on 0.6.0.3 and fixes a few serious bugs that have been found and does not contain any of the new content I've been working on for 0.7. This patch is what should(tm) be the last of stability release based on 0.6. Bug Fixes Fixed a bug introduced in 0.6.0.2 where the Rest button wouldn't always update character locations depending on which screen you rested on. This caused several issues such as characters & objects appearing/not appearing where they were supposed to. Fixed a memory leak that would progressively add delegates to the EventManager.OnVariableChange delegate list each time you entered a screen with a door that would open/close. This was causing screens to take progressively longer to load the longer you played the game. Fixed a bug where Aunt Charlotte wouldn't appear through the Guest Room keyhole in her bedroom. Fixed a few typos that were found.

This update is to fix a security vulnerability found earlier this month in Unity 2023.2. Aside from that, it is identical to the 0.6.0.2 that was released yesterday. Unity has been urging all developers to rebuild their projects using the new version to patch a security vulnerability as soon as possible. I am of the belief that the nature of the vulnerability is extremely unlikely to cause problems for a game like this one, but better safe than sorry. Running the Strip Poker Minigame from the Spank Bank will allow you to cheat. Mc's Bedroom has been somewhat optimized to load faster on slower computers (There is more that could be done here). Meredith's state machine and next action variables in the diner are now reset when you rest, preventing the cook from getting into a weird state where he shows up and then retreats from the window in less than a second, making it difficult to overhear their conversation. Finishing Aunt Charlotte's story no longer gives you credit for Meredith's Bonus scene or suggests you've completed Meredith's content. The VHS tape icon for Meredith's Bonus scene is now only available if you've completed the Daddy Issues quest and you do not already have credit for her bonus scene. You no longer get the "You cheated at Strip Poker" Offense with Meredith if you did not use the Stack the Deck Ability to cheat. If you haven't unlocked the Cunnilingus scene in the Spank Bank and you have a save where you have credit for it, repeating the scene will now unlock it in the Spank Bank. The Dude's dialogue tree "Why is there a hole in the wall over here?" conversation option now returns to the dialogue tree. The L33TDIAL program shows the new area code (401) instead of the old (203) area code. The Contacts Page shows the proper area code for phone numbers (401) instead of the old (203) area code MC's ropes in the Cunnilingus scene no longer disappear when they hit a collision detection box. Widened the hitbox for overhearing the cook in the kitchen. Caydence no longer appears inside the arcade before you've actually met her. Jasmine's portrait in Brooke's room no longer enables the Ask About Games option when you Ask About Her after you've completed her first quest. Clicking the Talk To action on Brooke's shorts in her portrait no longer behaves as if you had clicked it on MC. Fixed several issues with the VHS Spank Bank unlock icon enabling and disabling with Meredith, Charlotte, and Brooke. Fixed several places where Meredith's sprite could be wearing all of her outfits at the same time, especially during the Winter event. Removed the condom as an option from Brooke's sprite in her bedroom. Calling Jorogr on the telephone now properly grants the "Greetings, Professor!" Achievement Resetting the Achievements in the Achievements Menu using the DEL key now refreshes the UI. Jazz Dad's Theory Emporium BBS now lists its location as being in Rhode Island (RI) instead of Connecticut (CT) Meredith's markers in the attic have been adjusted to line up with MC. Removed the We're Twins! Achievement. (You already get an Easter Egg for doing this) The Pixel Hunter Achievement text clarifies that it is only unlocked beating the very pixelated Strip Poker on MC's computer.

This release is meant to stabilize 0.6. It primarily contains bug fixes and improvements to quests that were giving players significant trouble. Some minor features were added Signposting Improvements The hint for the deck of cards now says "A deck of cards would be with the other games, which are kept downstairs somewhere." Added a few extra lines after Meredith asks MC if he's found a deck of cards yet telling him to look in the Dining Room. Renamed the hotspot label for the dark cabinet along the sound wall in the Dining Room to "Game Cabinet" instead of just "Cabinet." The hints for the Hostile Workplace? quest have been improved to be far more specific. Using the Look At action on Meredith while she's at the diner will give a specific message about her chatting with whoever she's talking to, followed by "You are not close enough to hear what they are saying" if you are not within the proximity hitbox. Added an animated graphic for Sal, the short cook in the diner who shows up at the kitchen window when Meredith is picking up orders. General Improvements Pressing the DEL button on the Achievements menu will allow you to reset unlocked achievements. This feature was added primarily for testing purposes. Bug Fixes Getting the deck of cards from the cabinet early no longer says Meredith is ready to play Strip Poker when you haven't even unlocked the quest yet. If you ask Meredith to take off her panties in the standing scene in her bedroom, it will repeat the Cunnilingus scene instead of giving an Under Construction banner and saying the feature will be available in 0.6. Fixed a bug where the Strip Poker scene and the Cunnilingus scenes couldn't be unlocked through normal gameplay. If you already have the deck of cards when initially asking Meredith to play Strip Poker, MC won't say he doesn't have a deck yet. Giving Meredith the wrapped Christmas Present will actually remove it from your inventory. The Meredith & MC Standing bedroom scene will allow free camera movement while the dialogue tree is showing. MC will automatically take off the fake mustache when entering Meredith's bedroom while she's there. The "dry hump" counter in the hugging closeup now resets if you repeat the scene. Talking to Meredith in the Handjob scene has some messed up dialogue options, showing Never Mind twice. Loading from a Save Game in the Meredith Hugging Closeup will properly restore the camera panning. Loading from a Save Game in the Meredith Hugging Closeup will properly restore the animation state. Blocked the Zipper icon from stopping the scene change when Meredith goes down on MC in the Hugging Closeup. Fixed a bug where an MC sprite is humorously standing on the edge of the kitchen counter during the Meredith Kitchen BJ scene. Fixed a bug where it was impossible to unlock the Twisted Sister achievement. Fixed a bug where the A Foot and Nine Inches Achievement would unlock in the Cunnilingus scene even if MC's ropes never landed on her feet. Fixed the weird dark blue artifact in the upper right corner of the Achievements Menu. When MC overhears Meredith chatting with someone at the diner, the Journal will automatically close, if it is open. Fixed a bug where if you sleep in your bed after a couple of drinks (but not to the point of blackout) the 3D dream fires. Fixed a bug in Strip Poker scoring logic where Aces were scored lower than all other cards specifically when both players have either Two Pair or Full House. Renamed the Fast Exit Ability to Force Exit to avoid confusion with the double-click to exit ability. The Start From Previous Update option will start you on Sunday instead of Saturday. The Diner exterior will show autumn leaves falling if it's October (future Halloween Event)

Notes This update moves Meredith's story along and advances her relationship with MC. There are two new Spank Bank scenes, but neither of them are penetrative sex. That is to come on 0.7. In the Kitchen in the Afternoon, on the Couch in the Evening, Showering at Night and in her bedroom (trying on Lingerie, sleeping, or using her vibrator). On Weekends, in the Morning & Midday, she's either organizing the attic or lounging outside instead of working. General Improvements New Fast Travel Perk: Fast Exit. Meredith's sprite rig will be updated to use the new style (like the ones Jasmine, Brooke, and Irene have). New Screen: "Sloppy Seconds" Diner Exterior (Front) New Screen: "Sloppy Seconds" Diner Men's Restroom The "Instant Dialogue" option will be forced to ON and the Settings will be removed from the Options menu. Using the Spy on Meredith & Brooke mechanics will give better hints about where they might be if they're not there. MC will be able to talk to Meredith to access her portrait closeup from her attic stairs scene, similar to the kitchen scene. This is so the player can finish "Talk to Meredith" quest items on Saturday and Sunday. If you have the Practice Girlfriend perk, MC will now be able to enter Meredith's bedroom while she's using her vibrator. Achievement Menu at Title Screen to list unlocked achievements. Meredith Handjob Scene Improvements Added support for Dirty Talk Changed the dialogue so MC has actual lines instead of narrator "You tell your mother that..." Added a dialogue tree when using Talk To on Meredith. Added VA sounds for Meredith (moans, gasps, "oh sweetie", that type of thing. Added squish sound effects for her slower stroking and flesh slap sound effects for the fastest motion. Using Dirty Talk will automatically cause her to go faster and will unlock the No Fair Peeking achievement automatically, as an alternative to completing all five Thoughtful Gestures actions. Technical Improvements The Skies in all outdoor locations have been redesigned to be more dynamic and use less video RAM. Clouds, stars, and the moon all move and we get a nice new Evening Sky sunset. Irene's Sprite Rig torso graphic has been improved to fix her shoulder/collarbone from the side. Bug Fixes Fixed the Unlock The Scenes option from the New Game screen not unlocking the Spank Bank. When calling Jasmine and she has "company" over (i.e., Brooke), she will tell you that Midnight would be the best time.

Enough issues were found in v0.5.0.1 that another patch is needed to provide further stability to the game. New Features The New Game menu "I've played the previous update" has been replaced with a "Start Game From Previous Update" option which starts the player with all v0.4.0.2 content unlocked. A "View/Edit Schedules" menu option has been added to the Magic Wand Use action dialogue tree, providing a centralized way to find out or change where certain characters are (those with complex schedules). Improvements When cracking open Meredith’s bedroom door, MC will give some hints about where he thinks Meredith might be. If she’s using the vibrator, you’ll be able to hear the buzzing sound and a VA moan. When calling Jasmine while she has “company” over (Brooke), the dialogue will be more clear and hint that MC should try and call "later." Jasmine no longer says she has company when Brooke is at her house when you have the Mi Casa Es Su Casa perk. The Stereo in MC's Bedroom now has "Motion of the Ocean (Irene's Theme)" as an option. Bug Fixes Fixed a bug where loading a save game in Jasmine's bedroom doesn't always correctly show or hide Jasmine & Brooke. Fixed a crash when cracking the door to Meredith’s bedroom when she’s in the attic or lounging in the back yard. If you load a save game in the middle of the Meredith 3D dream, it will automatically exit you out so that you're not stuck on a white or black screen. Meredith's nipple color in the solo vibrator scene has been corrected to match the other scenes. Meredith's solo vibrator scene now uses the correct "milf" version of the sex theme music. Fixed Back Yard Navmesh so that MC can't walk up the house wall like fucking Lionel Richie. The "Ask About Endeavors..." dialogue option won't be prematurely available if you haven't first asked Scott how he's doing. Changed Brooke's hint about wondering if she would mind MC fooling around with Jasmine to something more precise. Any skills/perks/milestones accumulated by playing through Spank Bank scenes at the main menu will be removed upon starting a new game (Dirty Talk, Stamina, Roleplaying, Pillow Talk, etc). Fixed a line of dialogue where MC uses the Family Business III Beta disks on Jasmine that should be attributed to MC.
